A picture is sweeping the Internet, claiming to be the logo for Sony’s PlayStation 3 console. Reportedly taken at the recent Elpida conference, the logo does look fairly convincing.
However, Sony Europe today confirmed exclusively to us that, far from being an official PS3 imprint, the logo is a mock-up done for a magazine several months ago.
